Initial Intake Appointment: $300

Follow-up Appointment (30 min): $90

Extended Follow-up Appointment (45 min): $120

Nutrition is an important part of the postpartum recovery process, so this appointment is tailored to check your nutrient levels and overall metabolic health within the first 12 months postpartum. This appointment will include a comprehensive blood work panel along with a 60 minute appointment with me to review your results and personalized recommendations.

Postpartum Wellness Visit (60 min): $150

Comprehensive Blood Work Panel: $285

These online programs are self-paced and fully virtual, so they are perfect if you are interested in how integrative nutrition can help you address some of your health concerns. While these do not provide one-on-one work with me, you’ll be getting the same level of education that I provide to all of my clients! These can also be a great first step that can then be followed up with more personalized care working with me directly.
