Postpartum Nutrition Wellness Visit

Nutrition is an important part of the postpartum recovery process, so this appointment is tailored to assess your nutrient levels and overall metabolic health within the first 12 months postpartum. This appointment will include a comprehensive blood work panel along with a 60 minute appointment with me to review your results and personalized recommendations.

My approach to postpartum nutrition is not centered on weight loss. While body changes are a normal part of this season, the focus of our work together is on supporting recovery, hormone balance, and energy levels, so that your body can heal and function optimally. This season is about recovery, not pressure to “bounce back.”

I will provide tailored recommendations to help replenish essential nutrients, support hormone regulation, and promote sustained energy.
